What is Therapy with Paige Like?

Together, we look at the complex and beautiful web that is you and your life. We will work to better understand some of your patterns or stories you’ve told yourself about who you are. We’ll work with your nervous system (fight, flight and freeze mode; our automatic, survival responses) to explore how different situations or experiences live in your physical body, and we can play with what it feels like to live from a place of thriving and alignment instead of survival mode. Therapy with me is warm, light, and free of judgement. In sessions, there are moments of laughter, opportunities for tears, and sighs of deep relief in feeling seen.
