About & Philosophy

Paige Zorniger, Ed. M., LPC, SEP

I am a Licensed Professional Counselor in Washington, D.C. and Virginia, and I received my Master’s in Education and studied counseling at Harvard University. I earned my B.A. in Anthropology from Kenyon College.

What is Therapy with Paige Like?

Therapy with me is warm and free of judgement. In sessions, there are moments for humor, opportunities for tears, and sighs of deep relief in feeling seen and understood. Together, we will explore your complex and unique lived experience. We will work to better understand some of your patterns & the stories and messages that have been internalized about who you are. We’ll work with your nervous system (fight, flight and freeze mode; our automatic, survival responses) to explore how different situations or experiences live in your physical body, and we can play with what it feels like to live from a place of thriving and alignment instead of survival mode.
