Maybe you're experiencing hyper-independence that leads to self-sabotage, or you find yourself repeating old patterns in relationships that leave you feeling unfulfilled. You might feel like that familiar perfectionism helps… until you’re reminded again that it doesn’t. That’s where I can help. I work with people navigating relationships, life transitions, and the practice of self-compassion—often while also managing anxiety, self-doubt, or a desire for something more. My role is to help you connect with your own inner wisdom and move toward meaningful, fulfilling change.
