I work with adults of all ages navigating relationships, life transitions, and the practice of self-compassion—often while also managing anxiety, self-doubt, or a desire for something more. My role is to help you connect with your own inner wisdom and move toward meaningful, fulfilling change that feels better.

I offer individual psychotherapy sessions that are thoughtful, honest, occasionally funny, and start right where you are.
